The 2019 Momentum gsport Awards Emerging Athlete of the Year winner completed the final of uneven bars with a pleasant 13.500 points.
Earlier, Naveen Daries finished 6th overall in the women’s Artistic All-Around finals, of which the previous highest result was 9th in 1998.

This follows a day after Team South Africa’s women’s artistic gymnasts finished 4th in the team final to miss the podium place.
