Caylin Majiedt Clinches Bronze in WAKO Youth Kickboxing World Champs

Grade twelve Eunice High School Bloemfontein pupil Caylin Majiedt has clinched bronze at the WAKO Youth Kickboxing World Champs in Budapest

Caylin Majiedt, a grade twelve pupil at Eunice High School in Bloemfontein, clinched a bronze medal at the WAKO Youth Kickboxing World Champs that was held in Budapest, Hungary, from 28 August to 1 September, 2024.

Majiedt has made great strides in the world of Kickboxing which she took up competitively just over six months ago. 

This accomplishment has also earned her the prestigious ranking of third in the world, further solidifying her place as a rising star in the sport.  

The WAKO (World Association of Kickboxing Organizations) Youth Kickboxing World Championship is one of the most competitive events on the kickboxing calendar, attracting over 3,000 talented young competitors from around the globe. 

Majiedt’s performance in Budapest not only highlights her skill but also her resilience and determination to succeed at the highest level.

The hard-earned bronze medal and global ranking are just the beginning of what promises to be a successful and inspiring career in the world of Kickboxing.
