“Powerhouses can be toppled. I believe in leaving lasting legacies that inspire the young girl that looks at her situation today. Sometimes a girl that cannot comprehend a brighter future because of her circumstances. I was that girl once upon a time. But life has broadened my shoulders in such a way that I have become intelligently resourceful with very little. I also take on opportunities that others deem small. This is my way of applying my creativity, so that I am able to build on good creative ideas. Ideas that show that woman can break glass ceilings through their persistent creative efforts.”
“The #SheOwnsHerSuccess campaign is based on the insight that woman who don’t apologise for their success, keep their success in motion. – Momentum Metropolitan’s Group Head of Brand Marketing, Charlotte Nsubuga-Mukasa details the powerful energy behind #SheOwnsHerSuccess
“The #SheOwnsHerSuccess campaign is based on the insight that woman who don’t apologise for their success, keep their success in motion. My hope is that this insight manifests in everything we do for woman, so that, that woman who work at Momentum and in business, feel that they have a place to belong. We all need to tell the young girls around us that they will never be forgotten again. But we also need to remind women in business and in corporate structures, to own their success unapologetically and with pride,” she concluded.
