Dying Storm for Thunderbirds Ladies

Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies killed the storm of Thunderbirds Ladies after claiming a 5-0 away victory at the Sisa Dukashe Stadium in East London while TUT Football Club and JVW FC had a dry spell in the Hollywoodbets Super League.

Banyana Ba Style walked away with three points from the encounter against Thunderbirds Ladies on Saturday to put them on 40 points to sustain their top spot.

Meanwhile, TUT Football Club and JVW FC walked away with a point each after a 0-0 draw. JVW FC trail Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies by six points. They are on 34 points after winning 10 games from 17 matches.

Bloemfontein Celtic FC had their piece of the game when they drew 1-1 against Richmond United in their clash.

Ma-Indies were victorious against Tsunami Queens FC after a 2-0 clash, that sees Tsunami Queens FC crash to the bottom of the table on 7 points.

On Sunday, the University of Johannesburg FC glistened brighter than the Golden Ladies with their 1-0 windfall to close the weekend’s action.

The Hollywoodbets Super League will be back in action this coming Saturday, 2 October 2021.
