After a year that saw South African women succeeding on and off the sporting fields, as women reached above their expectations and achieved things they thought they’d never experience, gsport would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones a great Old Year’s Eve, and a gr8 2008!
Wherever you are, take a moment tonight to be quiet with us, to be thankful for all that we have experienced, and make your promise with us to work harder, better and longer to ensure we bring a greater positive change to this nation’s blossoming destiny, knowing that each tiny step brings us all closer to the tipping point of massive change.
It’s been a privilege to be known as a South African alongside you during this past year, and we eagerly await making our way forward towards the challenges that will face us, and to celebrate the victories, personal and national, that will surely reward honest dedication to the principles which guide us all forward.
The New Year will bring many things, and we at gsport are looking to blast off into 2008 with the biggest monthly issue ever. So have a good party tonight, ladies be safe, and join us on 1 January as we start another eventful journey together.
