The semi-final line up for week 1 of the Curro Tennis Junior Series, a Grade 5 International Tennis Federation (ITF) junior ranking tournament being played in Durban, has been decided.
Top seed Leigh van Zyl edged out seventh-seeded Naledi Manyube in straight sets to book her place in the semi-finals.
Heike van Vuuren (seeded third) eased past Tayla Wilmot (8) to move into the last four, while Erin McKenzie saw off Marilouise van Zyl to seal her spot.
Second-seed Christine Kruger was denied a semi-final spot, after falling in straight sets to Canadian Gabriella Lindgren.
