The championships will take place in the town of Nantes where top riders from across the globe will compete for honours from 26-31 July on a first-of-its-kind 450m-long track, specially built for the event, at the Nantes Parc des Expositions.
Maseti will be taking on the challenge of competing in her first big hill race in the junior women category.
The 16-year-old is no stranger to the world stage as she takes part in her fourth competition where she will be hoping to show her fearlessness on the track.
