The Springbok Women’s Sevens Team have finished the International Invitational Sevens tournament as 1st runners-up, after losing 24-0 to the USA in the tournament final.
The women BlitzBokke were unbeaten in the tournament until the final, beating Khazakhstan, Thailand and China 2nd team day 1 before thumping Singapore Select 58-0 in Sunday’s quarter-final, and China B 29/7 in the semi-final.
