SA Junior Surfing Squad Announced

The names of the surfers who have been selected as members of the 2008
SA Junior Surfing Squad have been announced by Surfing South Africa.

The combined squad of nine U18 boys, nine U18 girls and nine U16 boys will attend two selection camps in Cape Town early in 2008.

These selection camps will be used to pick the 2008 SA Junior Surfing Team of four surfers in each division, to represent South Africa at the 2008 ISA World Junior Championships in France in late May.

The U18 Girls included in the 2008 SA Junior Surfing Squad are (in alphabetical order):
Sarah Baum (KwaZulu-Natal)
Bianca Buitendag (Southern Cape)
Tarryn Chudleigh (Western Province)
Kirsty Delport (KwaZulu-Natal)
Tanika Hoffman (Western Province)
Alice McGregor (Border)
Adele Nortje (Southern Cape)
Chantelle Rautenbach (Boland)
Faye Zoetmulder (Eastern Province)
