South Africa’s rising tennis stars represented the country at the Africa Junior Team Tennis Championships which took place in Cairo, Egypt.
On day one, Team SA beat Nigeria 3-0 in Under-14 competition, while the Under-16 Girls also displayed a pleasant performance to beat Tunisia 2-1 on Tuesday, 20 June 2022.
After a good start to the championship, both the U14 and U16 teams went on to pick up a 3-0 victory over Kenya and Egypt, respectively, on Wednesday, 22 June.
On Thursday, it was no different with SA teams dominating the competition with the U16 Girls defeating Togo 3-0.

Girls Under-14: South Africa beat Nigeria 3-0
Girls Under-16: South Africa beat Tunisia 2-1
Day 2:
Girls Under-14: South Africa beat Kenya 3-0

Girls Under 16: South Africa beat Togo 3-0
