To mark #OlympicDay, SASCOC promoted physical activity and the Olympic values of excellence, friendship, and respect on Friday, 23 June 2023.
Kids were put through engaging exercises including getting guidance from an aerobics instructor.
The excitement continued as they were put through an obstacle course to test their endurance.
Aside from the exercise routines, the youth were also educated about crucial topics in the Olympics code, which included anti-doping, to promote fair play, integrity and clean competition.
