The University of Pretoria has bragging rights after their premier women’s team, TuksNetball, were crowned Champions of the University Sport South Africa (USSA) Netball tournament, at the USSA Championships at North West University on Sunday.
Led by their inspirational captain, Chantelle Swart, Tuks beat Kovsies 37-35 to win the title.

Tuks are not only celebrating their 22nd USSA title, but also their fourth win against Kovsies in the past nine years.
Maties Netball, representing Stellenbosch University, finished third, after beating University of Johannesburg 30-25 in the bronze medal match.
