SA Cycle Team for China

A strong six-member women’s cycling team has been named to represent
South Africa at the Tour of Chongming Island cycling event, in

China later this year. 

The team is Anka Erlank-Moore, Lynette Burger, Robyn de Groot, Chrissie Viljoen, Altie Clark, and Cassandra Slingerland.

This will be Robyn de Groot’s (Team Proline Computers) first time that she will be representing the SA National Ladies Team.

Robyn has joined Team Proline Computers captained by Anriette Schoeman, and will also be the youngest rider in the team.

She has excelled in National Classics this year, with constant top-10 finishes.

The team will participate in The Tour of Chongming Island Women Elite Time Trial 2007 on June2, and in the elite women’s race from 3-6 June.
