The 2014 edition of SA’s favourite 10km challenge kicks off from Cape Town’s Green Point on Sunday, 6 April, with stiff competition expected for this year’s SPAR Grand Prix title

Zimbabwe’s Rutendo Nyahora won the 20th running of the Port Elizabeth SPAR Women’s 10km Challenge, warning her competitors of her intention to win each of the races in the 2013 calendar

Kalmer Storms to Pta SPAR 10km Win
Despite the hot and dry conditions, SA Olympic marathon finisher and Nedbank CGA runner Rene Kalmer wins the Pretoria leg of the 2012 SPAR Women’s 10km Challenge in a time of 34.50, ahead of Rutendo Nyahora (who also finished 2nd in 2011) and Nolene Conrad (her 1st podium in a SPAR 10km Challenge)
Stellenbosch to see Beijing Charge
10,000m Defending champion and national record holder record Tebogo Masehla leads the charge for the Beijing Olympics qualifier at the Yellow Pages Senior National Championships in Stellenbosch on Friday.
