The South African U17 Water Polo team claimed top honours at the Junior EU Nations Cup in Brno, Czech Republic on Sunday, 1 May 2022.
The tournament was held from 29 April-1 May, which saw 11 countries from around the world take on each other for title honours.
The South Africans defeated Great Britain12-8 in the final of the competition to add gold to their trophy cabinet.
In their other matches, the young stars defeated England (17-3), Ireland (21-3), Czech Republic (8-8) and Lithuania (28-4) to maintain an unbeaten run.
