South Africa Volleyball announced Natasha Webber and Tatiana Simopoulos as the two-woman team that will fly the flag at the 2023 CAVB Zone 6 Olympic Qualifier, scheduled to take place in Maputo, Mozambique from 22 to 27 November, 2023.

At a celebratory event held at the Blueberry Hill Hotel, Roodepoort on Thursday, 9 November, President of Volleyball SA, Anthony Mokoena, named the female squad that will travel to Mozambique in hopes of winning the first leg of the Beach Volleyball Olympic Qualifier.
Aqua Darshan Mineral Still Water was named as the official sponsor for #TeamSA at the tournament.
Alexia Berreta, President of Gauteng Volleyball Union, expressed her deep gratitude and admiration for the team and support staff that were announced on the night.
“Congratulations to each of you that have been named as part of the team that will represent South Africa in Mozambique. We wish you well and know that you will do us proud at the tournament.
“We thank your families for the ongoing support. To our sponsors, Aqua Darshan, we say a big thank you, as it play a big part in supporting the team as they embark on their road to Olympic qualification.”
