The International Basketball Federation has launched a promotional campaign ahead of the 2022 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup this year.
The promotional campaign titled “Nothing Beats Like It” aims to capture the energy and excitement of the tournament. The campaign features a video which references specific noise from basketball including the ball bouncing shoe squeaking on the court and fans.
Tokyo 2020 Olympic gold medallist and the tournament’s defending champions, USA and hosts Australia gained automatic entry. They will be joined by 10 teams who successfully progress from the qualifying tournament next month.
The World Cup will run from 22 September to 1 October.
